WHAT IS YOUR HOURLY RATE?

Our hourly rate is $80 an HR with a minimum service charge of one HR. this is for minor handyman fixes, (replace batteries, fix furniture, replace toilet parts, replace faucet parts, fix door etc)

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PRICE FOR MANAGEMENT COMPANIES THAT OFFER MULTIPLE JOBS WEEKLY?

We do offer a special rate for management companies that are willing to use us on a daily basis. Pricing can be discussed by phone.

Do YOU OFFER AFTER HOUR SERVICES OR EMERGENCY SERVICES?

Yes, we actually offer after-hours service calls starting after 5 PM or emergency calls at any time of the day, 24/7. (Regularly, we get calls for water leaks, gas leaks, smoke alarms, broken beds AND locked doors)

DO YOU OFFER ANY MAINTENANCE PLANS?

Yes, we have specialized monthly maintenance plans for owners who self-manage from out of state. This helps to keep the property in good shape throughout the season.
